The House:  The traditional Haras Ampascachi´s  house is  an old colonial building from the early XIX century  completely remodeled  but without loosing the style and original identity of the place. Each one of the eleven house rooms has its own name, chosen to honor the Haras family owners’ favorite horses.

 

The Cuisine:  At Haras Ampascachi, every dish is carefully thought out and prepared to please the senses, integrating traditional recipes with local ingredients and the chef modern cuisine. Grilled meats are also part of our menu, accompanied by exquisites Argentine wines from the wine-cellar. Every morning, the freshly baked bread aroma filles the house. Bakery, patisseries and typical home-made sweets appeal the guests’ palate

Equestrian activities:  Within the options ready forthe guests, there is the ability to observe and participate in equestrians activities performed with the Peruvian Paso Horse sharing activities and familiarizing themselves with this magnificent breed.

For those not familiar with the Peruvian Paso horse virtues or have had little contact with this breed, qualified Haras staff which carries out daily tasks training these horses, provide guests the opportunity to be part of that process.

The visitors will be able to know more about specifics of the Peruvian Paso Horse riding, testing different specimen in the training track.

Those guests who have some horseback knowledge may accompany Haras personnel in the horses’ physical training tasks. Next to the staff they will ride along through different training tracks, no longer than 2 hours, being part of the Peruvian Paso Horse daily routine.
